Dear friends I have passed in TET Paper 2(2013) Because of weight age marks I could not get job . Like this many TET passed candidate are there . And also 2017 TET candidate to be available. But Vacancy to be very less. We know very well weight age marks  is not suitable for this selection. Nearly 40000 Tet passed candidate are there. All are getting posting are not possible. If you feel the below suggestion is ok pls forward to reach Government 1) UG Trb Exam to be conduct for Who are passed in TET Exam 2)For above Exam TET Passed Candidate only to appear the exam 3) While selection Tet marks also to be consider 4)Employment seniority to be consider  5)Teaching experience to be consider  From the above suggestion no one to be affected. pls give your valuable suggestion
